## 1) Overview

The Home-Agency module is currently a safe placeholder shell: documentation + UI placeholders only.

## 2) Roles and flow

Roles:

- Admin
- Branch Office
- Partner
- CSC

Flow (conceptual):

- Branch -> Partner -> CSC -> Booking -> Payment -> Commission

Key identifier:

- `booking_reference`

## 3) Daily workflow

- verify onboarding completeness (identity + routing fields)
- ensure activation rules are enforced
- track disputes with `booking_reference` + screenshots

## 4) Do / Don't

Do:

- keep an audit trail for exceptions
- escalate with evidence

Don't:

- do not request/perform DB edits
- do not bypass approvals

## 5) Troubleshooting and escalation

Escalation bundle:

- timestamp
- IDs and references
- screenshots
- audit JSON (if applicable)
